The registration form
To enter the registration form follow this link.
The registration page will require confirmation via data sent you by email. Then you can fill in the registration form and come back any time in the future to complete/change your data.
Within 5 minutes after you fill in the registration, you will get an email (without attachment) from us with instructions how to pay by transfer. We ask you to make the payment, if possible, in January 2024 before the conference, or to pay for the accommodation and meals directly to the hotel by card and the conference fee by bank transfer.
Please, check that the bank account in the email agrees with that on the part PAYMENTS of this web page.
The deadline for registration is December 15th 2025.
The organizing committee should like to support several young participants by the amount covering the full cost of Depandance (former hotel Šumava), shared room, i.e. CZK 11528 (€ 500) per participant. If you are interested in this support, please register and apply by email not later than November 30. The decision criteria will be based on your contribution to the program (poster or oral) and your motivation letter.
