- May 31, 2025 - the deadline for abstract of submissions
- June 15, 2025 - the deadline for decision about accepted talks
- July 15, 2025 - the deadline for payment of the earlybird fee
The payments
Following the tradition of the DGA conferences, the conference package (fee) covers the entire scientific and social programme of the conference, including daily catering, welcome party, farewell party, excursion in the free Wednesday afternoon, and also the conference materials.
The earlybird fee 430 EUR (or 10500 CZK) covers the regular package if paid before June 30, 2025 and the regular fee is 470 EUR (or 11500 CZK) if paid later.
The package (fee) for students and PhD students is 200 EUR (or 5000 CZK). The package (fee) for accompanying persons is 120 EUR (or 3000 CZK); this includes catering and all social events.
Based on you registration, you will receive an email with information concerning the payments.
The payments will be possible since begining of May 2025. You will be informed via email.
