These prices can change, since they are subject to the exchange rate between the euro and the Czech crown and subject to VAT.
That is why we ask you to make payments, if possible, in January 2025.
There are two ways how to pay.
either
1. You can transfer full amount (all bank charges and commissions are paid by the participants) before January 10, 2024 to our bank account:

After we obtain your payment, we send you the invoice on the payment by email. If you need to have an invoice in advance, please ask for it by email.

2. You can pay for the accomodation and meals directly to the hotel by card during the conference. In this case the conference fee 100€ and the bus 44€ (22€ one way) has to be paid by transfer according to the instructions above.
There will be no possibility to pay in cash to the organizing committee.
We point out that there is no cash dispenser at Srni, you can change money only at the hotel reception desk.
